HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
